Business Intelligence Analyst

Location: Taipei, Taiwan

A high-growth casino software company with a global presence is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to support data-driven decision-making across its operations. This role is ideal for someone passionate about transforming data into insights and driving business success through analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations to track performance and support decision-making.
• Deliver actionable insights that influence strategy and drive revenue growth.
• Conduct data analysis using SQL and BI tools, particularly Tableau.
• Gather and consolidate market and competitor intelligence.
• Translate business needs into effective technical solutions.
• Perform ad-hoc analysis and reporting tasks as required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in a Business Intelligence or Analyst role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Tableau (knowledge of other BI tools is a plus).
• Solid understanding of data structures and experience writing SQL queries.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication skills in both English and Chinese.
• Experience influencing business decisions through data insights.
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
• Project management experience is a plus.
• Must hold a R.O.C. passport.
