Clear Edge has partnered with a leading provider of B2B casino software, that has experienced exceptional growth across LATAM and Brazil over the past 3 years. The business is publicly-listed and has a portfolio of instantly recognisable brands. With recent key changes in government regulation, they are now expanding their presence further in Brazil and seeking a dynamic and experienced Commercial Director to lead their operations in the region.

Responsibilities:
As the Commercial Director for Brazil, you will play a pivotal role in driving our business strategy and ensuring successful market penetration. Your responsibilities will include:

Team Leadership:
Build and lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, ensuring they are aligned with company objectives.
Market Expansion:
Develop and execute the commercial strategy to drive revenue growth and market share in Brazil.
Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to strengthen our market presence.
Regulatory Compliance:
Possess a deep understanding of federal regulations related to the gaming industry in Brazil.
Navigate and ensure compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
Industry Knowledge:
Stay abreast of the latest trends, technologies, and developments in the gaming industry.
Establish and maintain relationships with key gaming operators and regional state lotteries.
Strategic Planning:
Contribute to the development of long-term business strategies and objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align commercial initiatives with overall company goals.

Requirements:
Proven experience in a senior commercial or leadership role within either a B2B or B2C iGaming environment.
In-depth knowledge of federal regulations governing the gaming sector in Brazil.
Established relationships with key gaming operators and government officials.
Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and expanding market share.
Strong leadership and team-building skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferably a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
