Location: Colombia
As one of the global leaders in online casino content, the business continues to grow rapidly in emerging territories such as Latin America and Central America. They now have established entities and offices in the Region, and have further plans to build gaming studios in the next 2 years. With strong financial results in 2022, the company continue to invest and are now looking for a Country Manager, with responsibility for customers in Colombia, Panama and Ecuador.
Responsibilities:
- Reporting the the VP of LATAM, you will be responsible for a small number of Key Account Managers
- Oversee a portfolio of high profile customers and support their growth plans
- Manage all customer enquiries to ensure continued high performance
- Work closely with product, overseeing product launches
- Use gaming insight and analysis to ensure customers have access to the best performing games
- Work with key internal stakeholders to grow your account base and ultimately extract further value from your customers
Requirements:
- Ideally a minimum of 3 years experience in the iGaming sector
- Preferably experience of selling slot games or live casino products
- Some leadership experience
- A proven track record of growing customer accounts
- Knowledge of the LATAM iGaming market and operators in the countries
- Ability to travel to key Expos across LATAM and the world
- A strong, can-do attitude and a desire to work for a market-leading brand
