Our client designs and develops some of the best video-slots for the iGaming market and their growth journey has just started becoming the most popular and best performing supplier for casino operators. Their goal demands us to choose the technological solutions which allow us to deliver fast without sacrificing on quality. Their backend platform is built for cloud with unlimited scalability in mind.

The company was founded in early 2019. With the perfect mix of creative forces, high-end technology skills and solid business knowledge they have built the foundation for future growth at their locations based respectively in North of Copenhagen in Denmark, Stockholm in Sweden, Riga in Latvia and in Malta.

You will therefore be navigating in an international organization, and you will be engaging with colleagues across multiple teams and work on fast-paced projects balancing business needs and deadlines with accuracy, details and analytical approaches. You will report to the CTO.

Your primary job duties will be:

  • To take care of our live environments in GCP and AWS
  • Select and set up the right tools for the application monitoring
  • Organize of CI/CD process across all our products
  • Keep up to date with the best practices and tools to achieve all of the above

To succeed in this role, you must have good problem-solving skills, a solution-oriented approach and the ability to build robust cloud infrastructure that operates 24/7. You will be working as part of the platform development team on achieving the team goals. 

Essential Requirements:

  • Experience running product deployments in any of major cloud platforms (GCP, AWS or Azure)
  • Experience using Docker and any of container orchestration solutions
  • Knowledge of server and application monitoring solutions
  • Knowledge of CI/CD best practices and practical experience of applying them
  • Experience in Linux administration
  • Ability to communicate ideas and be proactive in offering solutions for any challenges

Other Requirements:

  • Experience with Gitlab Pipelines, Team City or Jenkins
  • Windows server administration experience
  • Experience in deploying and maintaining database servers (we use MSSQL, MySql and MongoDB across our products)
  • Experience with BigData solutions (Spark, Hadoop)
  • Experience with Kafka
