As part of the largest casino content provider globally, our client has undergone fantastic growth over the last 3 years across all their key product verticals. With a commitment to excellence and a passion for innovation, the business is now expanding their team and seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join them us as the Director of Bingo Operations.

As the Director of Bingo Operations, you will be a key leader within the organisation, reporting directly to the CEO. This role encompasses the strategic oversight of their Bingo vertical, leading both the operations and product teams to ensure the continued success and growth of their Bingo proposition globally.

Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:
Develop and implement the overall strategy for the Bingo vertical in alignment with company objectives.
Provide visionary leadership to the operations and product teams, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

Team Management:
Lead, mentor, and inspire the operations and product teams to achieve their full potential.
Foster collaboration and effective communication between teams to ensure seamless product development and operational efficiency.

Product Development:
Oversee the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch and beyond.
Drive continuous improvement by identifying market trends, customer feedback, and technological advancements.

Operational Excellence:
Ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the Bingo vertical, optimising processes to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction.
Implement and maintain rigorous quality assurance standards for all aspects of Bingo operations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a leadership role within the online gaming industry, with specific expertise in Bingo operations (B2B or B2C).
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams.
• In-depth knowledge of Bingo market trends, regulations, and player preferences.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of delivering successful Bingo products.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in online gaming, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
