The business is growing rapidly in the US market, is publicly-listed and they are now seeking a Head of Account Management to lead their key account team and drive growth within the business.

Role Overview:

In this leadership role, you will oversee a team of 10 Key Account Managers, providing guidance, support, and mentorship. You will also take ownership of commercial contract negotiations with key operator partners. Reporting to the CCO of the USA business, you will act as the primary point of contact for the commercial team and ensure smooth account management and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of 10 Account Managers, providing support and mentoring to drive team success and development.
  • Monitor and manage KPIs across the team, ensuring that the full product suite is offered to customers as well as promotional offers.
  • Oversee and negotiate commercial contracts with key operator partners, balancing client and company objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders internally and externally.
  • Monitor account performance, delivering insights to drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to meet key commercial business goals.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Strong iGaming experience, ideally from a B2B provider or operator, or related sectors such as fintech or software sales.
  • Proven people management experience, including leading and mentoring account management teams.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Commercially savvy, with experience in contract negotiations.
  • Results-oriented, with a focus on client satisfaction and business growth.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
