Our client is a high growth B2B provider within the iGaming and Sports Betting Industry. They offer some amazing products covering platform, aggregator, and sportsbook solutions. The technology they offer to gaming operators is highly innovative and is proving to be in high demand. They also partner with some of the industry’s biggest and best content providers. As a result, our client is growing rapidly with a high number of new operators signing up on a monthly basis. Due to this growth and their plans for further expansion, our client is now looking to recruit a Head of Account Management.

Responsibilities

As Head of Account Management, you will be tasked with creating and implementing important processes and procedures, such as KPIs. You will also be responsible for hiring, training, and developing a team of Account Managers to manage international iGaming Operators.

  • Improve existing processes, develop KPI’s, and handle the development of the line of business.
  • Managing casino content and promotions.
  • Communicating with customers, analyzing their work for the best suggestions from providers and solutions for business optimization and income increase.
  • Close cooperation with providers.
  • Provider promotions for customers.
  • Generating offers to operators.
  • Maintenance of the page on the platform; news updates offers for clients.
  • Create and implement new promotions and processes to increase revenue.
  • Build an account management team.

Requirements

To be considered for this exciting opportunity you must have in-depth experience of the B2B iGaming industry and have worked in a similar role. Ideally you will have worked for an aggregator or platform provider and have excellent leadership skills.

  • Experience as Head of Account Management or Team Lead for at least 2 years.
  • B2B iGaming experience – ideally having worked for an aggregator or platform provider.
  • In-depth understanding of iGaming products.
  • Master of casino back-office environment.
  • Data and process-oriented with strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent communications skills.
  • Strong sales skills and ability to upsell and cross sell.
  • Fluent in English.
