Clear Edge has partnered with an innovative and fast-growing iGaming company, managing over 10 distinct casino brands across multiple regulated markets. With a player-first mindset, we are dedicated to creating experiences that delight and engage our users. As a key driver of our engagement efforts, the CRM & Retention team plays a vital role in maximizing player loyalty and lifetime value. We are looking for an experienced Head of Retention (CRM) to craft and implement a dynamic CRM strategy that builds customer loyalty across our diverse brand portfolio.
Role Overview:
As Head of Retention, you will lead the development of robust CRM and player retention strategies that cater to players’ unique interests and gaming preferences. Reporting to the CEO of Regulated Markets, you will manage a team of 6 CRM specialists and work closely with other marketing functions. This role involves developing high-impact campaigns that span above-the-line (ATL) and below-the-line (BTL) marketing, balancing data-driven insights with creativity to drive engagement, retention, and revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic CRM Leadership: Design and execute comprehensive CRM and retention strategies for multi-brand and multi-market environments, enhancing player engagement and loyalty across diverse customer segments.
- Team Management & Development: Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of 6 CRM specialists, fostering a culture of innovation and performance excellence.
- Personalized Player Engagement: Develop and implement personalized campaign frameworks, leveraging player data to tailor offers, bonuses, and product suggestions to player preferences.
- ATL & BTL Campaign Strategy: Drive both above-the-line (brand awareness) and below-the-line (targeted) CRM campaigns, ensuring integration of messaging and maximizing reach and engagement.
- Data-Driven Insights: Use data analytics and insights to evaluate campaign effectiveness, identify improvement areas, and make real-time adjustments to optimize results.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product, Marketing, and Analytics teams to ensure CRM strategies align with company goals, brand values, and local market requirements.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in a senior CRM or retention role within iGaming or a related industry.
- Strong understanding of CRM strategies and tools, particularly in a multi-brand, multi-market environment.
- Experience in leading both ATL and BTL marketing campaigns with a focus on retention and customer loyalty.
- Analytical mindset with experience using data to inform decision-making and personalize player experiences.
- Excellent leadership skills, with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and influence stakeholders.
