Position Overview:
As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for cultivating and nurturing relationships with our tier 1 and tier 2 South African operators and lotteries. You will act as the primary point of contact, ensuring client satisfaction, identifying new business opportunities, and contributing to the overall success of our company.
Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients.
- Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and escalations.
Account Growth:
- Identify and pursue opportunities to expand and upsell our suite of iGaming software solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored strategies for client account growth.
Strategic Planning:
- Work closely with clients to understand their business objectives and align our solutions to meet their needs.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive mutual success.
Communication and Collaboration:
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of our iGaming software to clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales, Product Development, and Support, to ensure seamless service delivery.
Market Analysis:
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
- Provide insights and recommendations to internal teams based on market intelligence.
Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of B2B sales and account management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to analyze data and market trends to make informed decisions.
- Self-motivated with a proactive and results-driven approach.
- Experience in iGaming would be an advantage but is not essential.
- A Business-related academic background would be preferred.
