Job Summary

Clear Edge is supporting one of the largest iGaming providers recruit a Legal Counsel to draft, negotiate, and review commercial contracts, lease agreements, and supplier agreements. The role includes providing labor advice and supporting operations and studio development teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contract Management: Draft, review, and negotiate various contracts including leases, NDAs, software licenses, and data processing agreements.
• Advisory Role: Advise on intellectual property, employment matters, and legal aspects of transactions. Provide counsel during negotiations.
• Analysis & Reporting: Present legal issues with analysis and recommendations to management. Prepare KPIs.
• External Counsel Coordination: Collaborate with and monitor external legal counsel.
• General Duties: Perform additional tasks as required.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience: 4-6 years as a corporate or commercial lawyer.
• Knowledge: Strong corporate and commercial law knowledge; real estate, employment, and data protection law are a plus.
• Education: Master’s degree or Doctorate in Law is an asset.
• Language: Excellent English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Effective time management and detail-oriented.
• Client service-focused with excellent analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and with teams.
