Position Overview:

Clear Edge has partnered with the market-leading iGaming software provider to recruit a Product Implementation Analyst with experience in the online casino gaming sector. This role is vital during the post-integration phase operator launches, known as the incubation period.

You will work closely with B2C clients to ensure successful product launches, optimise product placement, and analyse game performance across various markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with B2C clients during the incubation period to ensure successful product launches.
• Optimize product placement to enhance user engagement and profitability.
• Conduct market research to analyse game performance and player preferences.
• Provide strategic insights and support during the go-live phase of new operators.
• Monitor and report on game performance metrics to inform client decisions.
• Offer training on product features and market strategies.
• Work with internal teams to ensure a smooth launch experience.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or related field.
• 3-5 years in product implementation, product management, or a client-facing role in online gaming or casino industries.
• Strong experience in client collaboration, market analysis, and understanding of game performance metrics.
• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with online gaming industry trends and market dynamics.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Power BI and Tableau.
