As part one of the largest casino content providers in the world, our client employs over 15,000 people globally, and supplies content to 500+ online operators, including most tier 1 businesses. Having posted exceptional financial results in 2022, they continue to grow and develop in emerging territories like South America. They now require a Project Manager, to ensure customers continue to receive a high level of service, and roadmaps are planned and executed in a professional and timely manner.

Role & Requirements:

• Reporting to the VP of Operations for LATAM, your role will be to support the sales team in ensuring customers receive the highest level of service at all times
• You will take responsibility for project roadmaps, ensuring operators go live on time
• Keep abreast of a fastmoving regulatory environment, ensuring all brands have the appropriate certifications for all jurisdictions
• Communicating internally to all relevant stakeholders
• Hitting deadlines
• Using a data-driven approach to customer management
• You must have experience in the iGaming sector to apply for this role
