Our client is a rapidly growing and dynamic Casino White Label platform provider and operator. They offer a full range of Tech and Gaming solutions, turning their partners’ concepts into reality! They were founded in 2016 and have expanded into an international team of over 1,000 people, with offices in Cyprus, Malta, and Bulgaria.

As the company is growing and conquering new markets, they are looking to hire a Senior Account Manager to join the B2B team in Cyprus or Malta.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Maintain and develop long term relationships with key stakeholders and decision makers.
  • Achieve financial targets set for the client account through projects and contract renewals.
  • Be responsible and accountable for any commercial related matters.
  • Oversee the service delivery from all the relevant teams, making sure that its adhering to the company SLA’s and contractual agreements
  • Knowledge transfer, both to clients and internally, provide insights into the client’s business model and likewise assist clients in understanding their processes and workflows.
  • Be the ambassador of the client internally.
  • Ensuring excellent client satisfaction results through careful management
  • Understand their products to be able to identify any opportunities.
  • Present client account reporting to the B2B Director and c-level

Requirements

  • 3+ years’ experience within B2B Account management
  • Previous experience within the iGaming sector
  • Must be good with numbers.
  • Have great communication skills.
