Salary: €60-90,000 plus benefits

Clear Edge has partnered with an innovative iGaming software business specialising in live casino games to help them build a industry-leading team. The business is in a start-up phase and is backed by one of the largest iGaming businesses globally. The business is now seeking a talented Senior Product Manager to join their small team and drive the evolution of their product portfolio, focusing specifically on a new slots (live) product vertical.

Role Overview:

As a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for shaping the direction and success of our slot games. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, review existing games, develop variations, and own the product roadmap to ensure alignment with market demands and business objectives. Reporting to the CEO initially, you will take charge of the live slots vertical, working with Design and Development to ensure a great product is launched.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review existing games and analyse player feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
• Develop variations and enhancements to gameplay mechanics, features, and visual elements.
• Own and prioritize the product roadmap, balancing short-term objectives with long-term strategy.
• Collaborate with commercial teams to understand market trends and player preferences.
• Work closely with the development team, providing guidance and support throughout the development lifecycle.
• Utilize ticketing systems and agile methodologies to manage development tasks and ensure timely delivery.
• Hands-on role initially, although may take on some leadership in the short to medium term as the business expands.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Product Manager in the iGaming industry, preferably with slots product experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and departments.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g. Jira) and agile development methodologies.
• Passion for gaming and a desire to push the boundaries of interactive entertainment.
