A high-growth global casino software company is seeking a Technical Integration Manager to lead integration projects and act as the key technical contact for clients and internal teams. This role blends technical expertise with project leadership in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Role Overview
You’ll manage end-to-end technical projects, support clients during integration, and coordinate internal efforts to ensure seamless delivery. You’ll also contribute to internal improvements and help enhance products and workflows.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical integration projects: define scope, timelines, resources, and deliverables.
- Serve as technical advisor to clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to align project goals and execution.
- Apply hands-on skills to develop APIs, test integrations, and troubleshoot issues.
- Communicate project updates and resolve technical challenges.
- Stay current on company products and internal processes.
- Propose and implement system and process improvements.
Requirements
- Degree in IT, Computer Science, Mathematics, or equivalent experience.
- Experience in project management and client-facing roles.
- Solid technical background (development, QA, systems integration, etc.).
- Fluent in English and Mandarin, with strong communication skills.
- Organized, proactive, and a fast learner.
- iGaming industry experience is a plus.
