Business Consultant – Executive Search

With a focus on mid to senior level positions, including c-level, we operate three divisions aimed at different sectors: Clear Edge Consumer, Clear Edge iGaming, and Clear Edge Technology.
Operating from offices in Leeds and Malta, Clear Edge recruit both in the UK and internationally. We offer a multi-functional model, meaning we can take care of all our client’s recruitment needs.

The Role
Depending upon which division you work in, you will target both UK and international clients, recruiting across a variety of functions. This could include Sales, Marketing, Product, Legal, Compliance, Operations, Finance and Tech. Many of the positions that you will recruit will be at £100k plus salaries and the roles could be based anywhere in the world.
To help you succeed you will be supported by a team Resourcer, LinkedIn Recruiter, a state-of-the-art CRM and data scraping tools.
Your duties will include:
- New business development
- Account management
- Attending industry trade events
- Headhunting
- Candidate interviewing (face to face, Skype, telephone)
- Advert copy writing
- Networking

The Requirements

Industry experience in our core sectors isn’t required as we can help you learn this aspect. Of more importance is the right attitude and the willingness to challenge yourself in a new area.
