Graduate / Trainee Recruitment Consultant – Executive Search

Due to the continued growth of our business we are looking for Trainee Recruitment Consultants to join us across all areas of our business; Consumer, iGaming and Technology.

The Role

In this role you will learn and develop the skills to become a successful recruitment consultant. You will benefit from a dedicated in-house training department that will provide you with excellent on-going learning and development. You will learn key elements of the role and the industries we operate within, so that you can quickly progress into a full consultant role. Your involvement in successful recruitment campaigns will be rewarded through our excellent commission and bonus scheme.

Key duties will include:

• Deal with both candidate and customer enquiries over the telephone / video / face to face
• Carry out business development activities to secure new clients
• Client research and market mapping
• Use LinkedIn Recruiter and online “job-boards” to identify candidates and new business targets
• Utilise our in-house CRM to identify and approach candidates
• Identify new candidates and attract them via “headhunting” techniques
• Interview candidates in person and over the telephone / video
• Pitch our client’s vacancies to suitable candidates, securing their application
• Provide account management to key clients
• Attend international trade shows / exhibitions

The Requirements

To be suited to a career in recruitment you will be a confident and skilled communicator, both verbal and written.

You must be intelligent, driven and have a strong character who is resilient and tenacious. A target driven environment will suit you and as a result you are likely to have a competitive nature that is well suited to a sales-based career.

• Engaging personality suited to sales and ability to easily build rapport
• Organised
• Good level of education (A-level or Degree)
• Experience in a sales-based role would be ideal, but not essential
