Vice President of Sales

£130,000 + Bonus and Benefits

The Role

As VP of Sales, you will be responsible for accelerating the go-to-market and sales strategy. You will build a world-class sales team in a rapidly growing market, driving sales execution in the EMEA territory. Collaboration is key in this role, you will work closely alongside product and marketing to identify, scope, and build new revenue opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Develop go-to-market and sales strategy, working closely with the management team.
  • Take ownership of forecasting and KPI reporting for your team, the company, and the board for use in strategic planning and budget setting.
  • Build a framework for growth – hiring, onboarding, and training a high-performing sales team of SDRs, Account Executives and Sales Engineers.
  • Consistent achievement of sales-related targets, such as revenue goals.
  • Collaboration across teams focusing on aligning with Marketing for lead generation, presenting product feedback to Engineering and streamlining the onboarding process with Customer Success.
  • Creating and environment for growth where everyone can achieve their potential.

Your Skills

  • Evidenced success as an enterprise technology leader, with 6-10 years working as a B2B sales leader or within SaaS sales.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, being both approachable and professional concurrently with excellent presentation skills.
  • Ability to recruit, develop, retain, and maximise a successful and driven sales unit.
  • Extensive knowledge of sales and go-to-market strategy, with a preference for software/cyber security sales knowledge.
