My client is a real ale brewery in the midlands who has a long history of success brewing fantastic ales for their discerning customers. The microbrewery produces their core range that is available at all venues, and they also offer fantastic ranges of other real ales across all sites. Starting from humble beginnings the company are looking to expand both the pub estate and the brewing side of the business continuously over the next decade.

Having grown their pub estate considerably in the last few years they are now looking to hire another Area Manager to their team. Working alongside three other Area Managers you will report into the Head of Pub operations and be responsible for the P+L of 13 venues. Managing the licensees of the venues with regards to budgeting, promotions, advertising, and offerings will be a key skill for this position. The successful candidate will have the ability to target new avenues of growth for the company and be able to effectively plan and manage their working day.

Experience managing numerous outlets in the pub trade is essential for this position, as is someone who has experience leading teams and coaching day to day activities across the estate.
