My client is a leading independent hospitality operator with an impressive collection of premium and boutique venues including Hotels, Bars, Restaurants and Nightclubs.

They are seeking 2 talented individuals to join their expanding team to oversee the operations of a select group of Bars and Restaurants in their area, one based in Glasgow and one based in Edinburgh.

This opportunity is perfect for those individuals who are incredibly passionate about hospitality, embrace the eclectic range and styles of the group, and are true leaders and mentors of large and diverse teams.

You will have been in a similar role across the wider hospitality sector, either as an Area Operations Manager or a Multi-Site (3+) General Manager, looking to grow and develop your own talents and career success, whilst nurturing and mentor teams of individuals to be as invested, passionate and driven as you are.

Key Capabilities

• A true leader by example. Providing direction and leadership to a team of c.7 General Managers, ensuring profitability and driving sales according to business plans
• A capable P&L manager, with a dynamic and proactive approach to the ever-shifting sands of hospitality management to maintain overall profit performance.
• The ability to manage and maintain multiple brand identities
• To ensure protective controls are in place and maintained throughout the business to prevent losses in cash, stock and company assets.
• Achieve operational excellence through a high performance environment that embraces continuous improvement.
