Bar Manager

My client is looking for a passionate and experienced General Manager to oversee their flagship site in London.

Operating over two floors with both an exciting and premium bar as well as a fresh and contemporary British restaurant this is an exciting opportunity for someone to immerse themselves within a prestigious project.

As Bar Manager your objectives will include but not limited to:

• Manage a direct team of 5 across the Bar
• Effectively manage wet stock levels and ordering
• Liaise with the bookings and management team to ensure correct staffing levels
• Be responsible for the innovation, training and costing of all drinks offerings
• Liaise with drinks suppliers and brand owners to ensure best pricing, and plan consumer and team partnered tastings and events
• Deliver exceptional customer service and a premium offering

This role is perfect for already established Bar Managers or Head Bartenders looking to move up.
