Following our clients consistent year on year growth, there is now a requirement for a Chief Commercial Officer to join the business.
We are looking for a Chief Commercial Officer to shape our client’s sales & sourcing structure, with a view to scaling revenue & profits to the next level. As a new position within the business it is the responsibility of the successful applicant to drive future commercial sales & sourcing success, whilst also delivering on pre-existing expectations.
As Chief Commercial Officer you will take strategic responsibility for both sourcing and sales, as well as revenue delivery for the company across all lines of business and channels, including our clients sales & sourcing leadership and executive teams. Included in this role is the responsibility for directing and managing market competitiveness, pricing, compensation, distribution, and channel strategies. This goal can be achieved by providing leadership toward the success of maximum profitability and growth in line with our clients’ vision and values.
To be considered for this role you must have experience working in a global or multi-national fresh produce company. Experience directly managing multiple sales employees or teams is crucial, and this should have been done in 2 or more international locations. Our client is looking for a highly skilled, strategic commercial leader than can establish critical paths and execute them effectively.
