The Role:

An opportunity has arisen to work for Ethical Food Company within their highly successful and driven commercial division. As Customer Account Manager, your key purpose will be to manage an agreed portfolio of retail accounts. In addition to this, you will be expected to proceed on all commercial opportunities to maximise the potential for sales growth and the achievement of increased volumes.

Key Accountabilities:

  • To be responsible for management, development, relationships and outstanding understanding of designated retail customers.
  • Working jointly alongside EFC technical, procurement and finance teams, ensuring deliver and exceedance where possible, of annual sales and gross margin targets.
  • To strive to be the lead and “go to business” for ethical fresh produce within every retailer.

Requirements:

The role requires at least 2 years Senior / National Account Management or Commercial Management experience. It is essential that you have worked within the food industry and have managed one if not all of the top 4 and or 2nd tier retailers.
