Salary: €40,000 – €55,000 DOE + Bonus + Expenses

As an Export Manager, you will play a pivotal role in expanding their presence and ensuring the success of their company in this lucrative market. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute effective distribution strategies, establish strong partnerships, and drive sales growth across Spain.
- Develop and implement comprehensive distribution strategies tailored to the region, with a focus on increasing market share and brand visibility.
- Identify and evaluate potential distributors, retailers, and strategic partners to maximise product distribution and availability.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, wine merchants, and industry influencers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the alignment of marketing initiatives, promotional activities, and brand messaging across the region.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to identify new business opportunities and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Conduct regular sales and performance analysis, generate reports, and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Act as a brand ambassador, representing their company at industry events, trade shows, and tastings.
- Proven experience (3 years) in managing international markets within the wine industry, demonstrating a strong understanding of distribution channels and market dynamics.
- A strategic thinker with a track record of developing and implementing successful distribution strategies in diverse geographic regions.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills to establish and nurture partnerships.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- High level of initiative, self-motivation, and a results-driven attitude.
- Fluent in business level Spanish (additional languages are a plus).
