This means that businesses in the foodservice, hospitality, and retail sectors can consistently serve exceptional coffee of the highest quality.
Role Summary:
Effectively manage specific National Key Accounts in Contract Catering that hold strategic significance for the Company. This involves nurturing and cultivating these business relationships to retain and expand their existing contracted market share in the sector.
Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales and profit targets for a designated group of national accounts, while maintaining coffee quality standards
- Regularly meet with customers, oversee procedures, and document progress of each account
- Possess comprehensive knowledge of sales, business development, and sales support opportunities within the customer group, including commercial terms
- Collaborate with relevant customer contacts to assess the merchandising and brand capabilities of the products, making recommendations for overall enhancements and increased leverage
- Maintain a strong and wide-ranging product knowledge to identify and capitalise on commercially viable sales opportunities within the existing customer base
- Develop and source sales leads for new opportunities, adhering to company guidelines
- Analyse and report on sales statistics to evaluate the potential for business growth

- Demonstrated success in business development and account management
- Proficient in influencing, financial management, and negotiation skills
- Thrives in a collaborative and dynamic team environment, even with geographical dispersion
- Capable of presenting strategies and solutions to stakeholders at all levels
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
