Role: National Account Manager – Waitrose – Wine

Salary: C.£50,000 + Bonus

Location: Home Based

One of the most sought after wine companies in the country is currently looking to add a National Account Manager focused in the On-Trade into their ranks. The company has grown considerably in the last 5 years due to them concentrating on producing exceptional bottles of wine from every wine growing region in the world. They have a truly inspirational portfolio of products and an impressive range of wineries they import from.

They are adding a National Account Manager to their ranks to manage the key strategic account of Waitrose, with the possibility of also being responsible for one other account. The role will report into the Head of Off-Trade and you will be charged with growing the profit and volume of the accounts across both own label and branded products.

This opportunity would be fantastic for a National Account Executive looking to progress their career, it would also be an interesting position for a Wine Buyer looking to switch into a NAM role. Candidates who have had fine wine experience or exposure in Waitrose will be at an advantage. A history of working in the wine trade or being WSET qualified is paramount to this role.
