This organisation is a leading importer of fresh, frozen, ambient and dairy products.  Supplying fine dining and Michelin star restaurants as well as premium corporate hospitality venues.  Not to mention Harrods of London. Due to their continued growth, this organisation is now seeking an Supply Planner to join their busy team based in Lancashire, reporting into the Senior Produce buyer. This is an exciting opportunity to manage the supply chain of a product category. Your responsibilities will include:

• Accurate stock management planning and forecasting
• Managing optimum stock levels to ensure availability and profit targets are delivered
• Working with the Senior buyer, you will analyse performance, launch new products, and deliver long-term improvements
• Proactively driving sales through forecasting and inventory planning
• Building and maintainng supplier relationships

To be considered for this opportunity you must possess strong analytical skills and excel skills with a keen eye for detail. Whilst you will predominately work within a team environment, it is essential you are able to take your own initiative and work independently. Supply chain experience in hospitality or food retail is essential with strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
