Job Title: Associate Director – Sports Betting Content (B2B)

Salary: £100,000 to £130,000 plus bonus and benefits

Location: London (Hybrid)

Reports to: Head of Sales

About the Role

Clear Edge have partnered with a leading sports content and data business and are seeking a highly driven and commercially minded Associate Director to lead a division of thier Sports Betting sales function. This is a leadership role managing a small team of Sales Managers, responsible for driving revenue across a diverse betting portfolio and strengthening relationships with leading Tier 1 operators worldwide.

The successful candidate will combine a proven track record of sales success within the broader gambling industry, with a proven track record of selling to global B2C operators. Some leadership experience would be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver revenue across managed global territories.
• Lead, coach, and motivate a team of Sales Managers covering multiple markets.
• Manage your own portfolio of Tier 1/2 operator accounts, driving renewals, upsells, and long-term partnerships.
• Develop and execute commercial strategies that maximise revenue growth.
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline, ensuring accurate revenue forecasting against KPIs.
• Lead client meetings, presentations, and negotiations with senior stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal teams across rights, operations, and product to align on strategy.
• Represent the business at international industry events and client meetings.

Requirements

• University degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 7+ years of proven success in sales or business development roles within the sports betting industry.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and grow relationships with Tier 1 operators.
• Strong commercial acumen and proven ability to deliver against revenue targets.
• Passionate about sports, betting and technology.
• Highly motivated, independent, and able to thrive under pressure.
• Willingness to travel internationally as required.
