Clear Edge celebrates five years of creating successful partnerships

Clear Edge Search & Selection, is today celebrating five years of placing middle-management to board level professionals with some of the UK’s biggest consumer goods brands. Since the business was established in August 2011, it has grown from 2 to 21 employees and is planning to hire at least 4 new team members before the end of the year.

Last year, Clear Edge relocated to a new 2,500 sq ft office in North Leeds, with direct access to the city centre via Horsforth Train Station and space to expand its growing team of Consultants. Other recent investments have included the launch of Clear Edge’s new mobile responsive website, the doubling in size of its Sales Support, Research and Resourcing functions, and the appointment of a dedicated Marketing Manager.

The business has plenty to celebrate this month. As well as turning five, Clear Edge has just been shortlisted for a prestigious recruitment industry award. Competing in the “Best Specialist / Niche Agency” category, the team will be hoping for victory at The Drum’s “Recruitment Business Awards” in September.

Director Tom Fox puts Clear Edge’s continued success down to “Hard work and high standards! We act as an extension to our clients’ businesses, providing a pro-active headhunting service. This approach has enabled us to build strong relationships over the past 5 years. In fact, 76% of our placements are made with returning clients which is testament to the great service our Consultants provide.”
